One of the reasons I decided to start a business was that my wife went into a local computer repair shop looking for a gift for me and overheard a customer and employee conversing about the customers PC. The employee told the customer she had a virus and then proceeded to charge her a ridiculous amount of money. When I first heard that story my initial reaction was, “Hey, I should get in!” but then realized how sad that story really was. After that I decided I wanted to change the way people see the average PC repair technician. Give me the chance and I will show you how I am different than those nerd herds!
